Randal (Randy) Arturo Gonzalez was born on May 27, in Jefferson, La., a suburb of New Orleans to Ruben "Mr. Salsa" Gonzalez, a famous Spanish singer and Nancy H. Gonzalez (nee Houston), a Hospital Administrator. The second of 4 children, Randy grew up in a tough neighborhood full of kids where he played all sports. He excelled and was all District, Parish, and State in Baseball, Football, Wrestling, and Track from 1979-1984. Randy never wanted to be an actor but felt he could accomplish some personal goals by pursuing this career. After years of debate; he decided to take the plunge. He went full force and received his SAG card from his first film, which is definitely not normal in this business. He's had roles in NCIS: New Orleans, Grudge Match, The Green Book, The Hot Flashes, several National Commercials, and a few high profile short films like "Classic Restoration", with producer Jarred Coates who also produced "God's not Dead".
