Born in Cambridgeshire, England and raised in Nottinghamshire, Helen Mutch trained as a dancer at local schools and The Urdang Academy in London. Having studied performing arts, excelling in ballet, jazz & contemporary dance, she made the transition to acting for TV and film. Helen's first project was 'All in The Game' (TV drama), playing opposite Danny Dyer in the role of Loretta, she then worked with BAFTA award winning production company Silver Films playing Debbie in their short film 'Gardens with Red Roses'. Helen then went onto film for BBC1's 'Casualty' playing Fran Chinton a complex teenager opposite Annette Badland and following that filmed 'The Village' (TV Movie) in the Czech Republic playing Melanie.
